Following the Government announcement on Saturday 31 October regarding the new COVID-19 national lockdown, we will be open, but operating a little differently from the morning of Thursday 5 November for the weeks of lockdown.
Our showroom doors will be physically closed to customers and will reopen just as soon as the Government allows.
However we are still very much buying and selling cars, and our sales team will still be onsite to take telephone and email enquiries.
We are here to help if you are looking to sell a car, or with the purchase of a new car using our remote service with the aid of video presentations and live video calls.
We are still offering our click and collect service where you can secure your new vehicle over the telephone or via E-commerce on our website.
You can also still collect your new car and our sales team will be here to facilitate the handover, albeit this will be conducted outside in a socially distanced and COVID safe manner.
We as a business are therefore fully operational but with a few differences; the warm welcome that normally awaits you from our showroom hosts and our refreshments will not be available but will be reinstated just as soon as we are allowed.
Thank you for your support throughout the year, a year like no other and one that has seen us constantly evolving the way in which we operate.
Our aim remains to provide our recognised exceptional service, in an environment that is safe for both our valued customers and employees.
