Premier GT Welcomes The Ferrari Owners Club
Last Sunday we had the pleasure of admiring Maranello's finest over breakfast as we hosted members from the Sussex Area Ferrari Owners Club at Premier GT HQ.
A Sunday breakfast on a sunny summers morning is always something to savour, however, when you combine this with an array of thoroughbred supercars, you have the recipe for the ultimate supercar Sunday.
Organised by Sussex area co-ordinator John Wellard, the Ferrari Owners Club is open to anyone who currently owns or who has owned a Ferrari. An international concept, the club has members in over 36 different countries and in the UK the club is divided up into a number of regional areas.
The owners club allows Ferrari owners the opportunity to attend a number of exclusive events throughout the calendar year from breakfast meets, like the one hosted by ourselves, to social events and track days.
With a convoy of cars making its way to Premier GT, an early start beckoned on what was to be a very enjoyable morning. Whilst we’ve hosted the Ferrari Owners Club before, it’s always a real pleasure to welcome the club back year after year.
The owners club features a real depth and breadth and be that contemporary cars or classic icons, every major Ferrari was seemingly in attendance and it was an incredible sight watching all the cars form up outside of our showroom.
With the Rock Business park flanked in Rosso Corsa, the morning proved to be a real celebration of the Italian brand. Included in the special convoy were the likes of the Dino, 328, F355, 550, California, 360, 458, 488, F12 and a rather special Ferrari F40.
With all attendees receiving a complimentary breakfast from our good friends at Monster Foods the morning provided the perfect opportunity for both ourselves and club members to discuss all things, Ferrari.
In addition to the member's cars, joining the display were a couple of our own machines that we currently hold in Premier GT stock and it was fantastic to see our Ferrari 458 Speciale, two Ferrari 488’s, Ferrari Testarossa and Ferrari 599 GTB residing alongside some highly desireable company.
A truly fantastic Sunday morning spent with great company, we would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to everyone who attended. A special mention must also go to John Wellard, Ferrari Owners Club Sussex Area organiser, for arranging the event.
It was a genuine pleasure to welcome you all to Premier GT and it was a privilege to chat and spend time with so many people who are clearly so passionate and knowledgeable about these wonderful cars. We very much look forward to welcoming you all again in the future.
