Although the 911 that I purchased was at the lower end of the spectrum of vehicles on offer, my purchasing experience was second to none. I was assisted by Jez Viel who was patient, professional, and did not apply any pressure for me to complete the purchase. Following delivery, the vehicle did develop a mechanical issue, however, Jez was immediately on hand, and the issue was dealt with swiftly, in line with the terms of the accompanying warranty. At point of sale, the vehicle was missing a control switch for the A/C unit. These are not easy to source, and Porsche had stated that the whole facia would have to be replaced. Notwithstanding this, Jez, as promised, tracked down an individual switch and sent it on to me, some months after purchase. I think that this speaks volumes for the quality of customer service when dealing with Premier GT, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to family and friends.
