"When you buy a Range Rover from a dealer that mostly sells cars that cost 10x what you're spending, such as Ferraris, Lamborghini Aventadors, Mclarens etc, you might expect that the customer service wouldn't be as good.. You'd be wrong! The dealer I met was called Jez, and he looked after me so well, that if I ever needed a supercar, that is where I would go. Jez even decided to buy me some new car mats after I'd already bought the car, because he wasn't happy with the car coming to me with bad mats. If you are after a special car, Premier GT is the place to go. Probably the best customer service of any business I've had to deal with in the UK. The cars are immaculate and look beautiful. "I bought a 996 GT3 from Premier GT. I feel the service and quality of this dealership is absolutely first class! Jez let me take the car on a proper test drive for at least 40mins and I was sold by that point as the car was in amazing condition and drove beautiful. Jez was very fair with the part exchange of my car and just made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. The day I picked the car up, it was presented in fantastic condition which added to the buying experience for me. I had been looking for a Porsche Panamera Sports Turismo for 6 months and finally found a superb example at Premier GT. Living in the North of England it was not easy to just pop in! However from the first telephone enquiry, the process was flawless from start to finish. After buying a Lamborghini from this prestige car centre I recommend any person who’s looking for a gorgeous car to go visit there showroom. Their cars are all perfect and gone over with a fine toothcomb. These guys are so easy to deal with and so helpful. When they say they are going to do something or ring you they do. David and Jez and the finance guy who even worked a deal out for me and rang me whilst on holiday have got a really good down to earth attitude. I bought an Audi R8 from Premier GT and spoke mainly to Greg who from the moment I entered their premises was welcoming and helpful. You can't but notice straight away the quality of vehicles they have in their showroom, the quality of service I found to be equally as impressive. I have bought cars before from Jaguar and BMW dealerships and would rank the overall experience as better by some distance. Having viewed the vehicle in the showroom which had only been with them a few days I noticed some scuff marks on the front left alloy and also a small chip in the left front wing, not only were these removed the finish to the car was first class, the car was delivered to be and was spotless, the warranty I bought with it was better than anything out there and believe me I researched it. Overall I am so impressed with Premier GT and if you're looking for that "special" car then I can't recommend them enough, will certainly be doing service with them again.
