In a world steadily evolving to EV power, this car roars in glorious defiance, bearing the hallmarks of an era where performance had presence, and character was forged in sound, sensation, and soul.

Under that familiar clamshell bonnet lies a 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged V12, channelling 690bhp and 555lb-ft of torque exclusively to the rear wheels. 0-60mph arrives in a mere 3.4 seconds. The reality is something far more visceral. The surge of torque is immense, but the way the power builds and the turbos spool in orchestral harmony with the 12 cylinders - that stays with you.

Aston has gone to great lengths to ensure this isn’t simply a V8 with more cylinders stuffed under the bonnet. The chassis has been meticulously tuned, adaptive dampers recalibrated, spring rates stiffened, and structural rigidity bolstered with more extensive underbody bracing. 

Visually, the Vantage V12 is unmistakably more aggressive – gaping grille, vented bonnet, wide arches, and that stunning carbon fibre rear diffuser. Each flourish serves a purpose, whether aerodynamic or thermal. The carbon ceramic brakes, fitted as standard, lurk behind bespoke 21-inch alloys, ready to haul this sonorous missile to a halt with unfading bite.

Inside, you’re greeted by a cabin draped in Alcantara and leather, stitched with the sort of craftsmanship that speaks to Aston Martin’s coach building heritage. 

This is not just a fast car. It’s a final flourish. A limited-production, unapologetically analogue celebration of what made us fall in love with driving in the first place. Aston Martin have only built 333 examples worldwide!
